Mr. Kaj Berndtson, Borch GmbH, Mr. Martin Manstein (Insolvency Administrator of the Berndtson & Berndtson GmbH) and Pocket-Pilot GmbH declare that they have stettled all legal issues amicably.

Kaj Berndtson is entitled to distribute the cartographies and Berndtson editorial products of the Berndtson & Berndtson GmbH on all markets. Borch GmbH is entitled to distribute the Borch cartographies and the Borch Maps on all markets, and Pocket-Pilot GmbH is entiteld to distribute the Pocket-Pilot-Maps on all markets.

The parties are not prepared to give any further statements.
